Using SuperWEB, the ABS was able to provide Census data users with Census TableBuilder, an online tool which allows users the freedom to create large, complex tables with access to nearly all Census data variables and to create a large variety of data visualisations, including tables, graphs, and maps of Census data.

The ABS also maintains a National Information and Referral Service to assist members of the public to access ABS data. For more complex data requests, people can make use of the Customised Data Consultancy service, which provides expert help on a cost-recovery basis.

In 2012 and 2013, the ABS released the data for the 2011 Census of Population and Housing through the TableBuilder tool for everyone to explore, query and visualise.
